Tenku Unagi, Tosa no Igosso and Chikushikin Unagi

We are involved in every step of the process—from developing the feed to farming—for three premium-branded eels that surpass even wild eels in quality.
To bring out the natural flavor, aroma, and texture of the eel, we handle everything in-house: cleaning, skewering, and lightly grilling (shirayaki) before carefully finishing over Binchotan charcoal.
We serve freshly cooked rice made from a special blend developed with Hachidaime Gihey, a renowned Kyoto rice merchant. We also use Ran-oh eggs from Oita, and all ingredients—from pickles to sauce—are strictly free of additives. Please enjoy the ultimate unagi, crafted with care in every detail.
